We are posting an ad on behalf of our client, Little Genius Cottage. Position: Childcare Worker Location: Chifley NSW 2036 Salary: $78,000 - $82,000 plus Superannuation

Responsibilities

n

n
- Supervise and care for children in accordance with centre policies and safety regulations
n
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
n
- Observe and document children's development, behaviour, and progress
n
- Support children's social and emotional development, encouraging positive interactions
n
- Maintain a clean, protected, and organized environment
n
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns
n




- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations
n
- Adhere to all relevant childcare standards, licensing requirements, and workplace health and safety policies
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
n
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
n
- Knowledge of child development principles and safety regulations
n
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
n
- Current Working With Children Check
n
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
