We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support technology-focused projects within a large organisation.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
n
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
n
- Develop process maps and supporting documentation.
n
- Facilitate discussions and workshops with a range of stakeholders.
n
- Translate business requirements into clear, practical solutions.
n
- Develop tactical plans to support business and technology outcomes.
n
- Monitor requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
n
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders through a collaborative and people-focused approach.
n
- Support technology infrastructure-related initiatives and projects.
n
- Occasional travel to Olympic Dam may be required.
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
n
- Technology Infrastructure project experience preferred.
n
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
n
- Knowledge of BABOK is advantageous.
n
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- Strong understanding of technology and infrastructure environments.
n
- Experience working across Natural Resources, Utilities, Construction or Electrical industries is highly regarded.
n
- Confident working with diverse stakeholders and able to build strong working relationships.
n
