About the Role
As Pub Venue Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring every department runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of service, presentation, compliance, and profitability.
You'll lead from the front, working closely with your team to create a positive workplace culture and deliver excellent experiences for guests. With responsibility across food and beverage, gaming, staffing, financial performance, and customer satisfaction,

Your Skills and Experience

- Previous experience managing a high-volume pub, hotel, tavern, or hospitality venue
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse hospitality teams
- Strong understanding of venue financials, labour management, and cost control
- Sound knowledge of liquor licensing, and compliance requirements
- A positive, hands-on leadership style with a passion for customer service and team culture
