About the Position

Take ownership of a busy bar operation and become a key part of the venue’s leadership team. You’ll lead the bar team, manage day-to-day operations, maintain service standards, and drive the customer experience. Offering $80–85K + super, this is a great opportunity for an experienced bar skilled ready to step up and make a move to regional NSW.

Position Description

- Manage the day-to-day bar operation
- Lead, train and motivate the bar team
- Manage rosters, staffing and labour
- Oversee stock, ordering and beverage costs
- Maintain service, presentation and compliance standards
- Monitor sales and bar performance
- Develop beverage offerings, promotions and specials




- Work closely with senior management
- Be hands-on during busy service periods

Position Requirements

- Previous Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager or senior supervisory experience
- Experience in a busy pub, club, hotel or similar venue
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of cocktails and wines
- Strong customer service focus
- RSA and RCG
- Strong cash handling skills
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
