About the Company

Our client is a growing workplace rehabilitation provider based in South West Sydney, supporting injured workers, employers and insurers across NSW. As the business continues to expand, they’re looking for an experienced Division Manager - Rehabilitation to join the team and help shape the next stage of growth.

This is an opportunity where you’ll lead and develop Rehabilitation Managers while helping drive performance, quality and client outcomes.

About the Role

- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Rehabilitation Managers
- Driving performance, quality and client outcomes
- Supporting managers with complex operational and client matters
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve and grow the business




- Helping create a positive, accountable and high-performing culture

About You

- Extensive experience across the rehabilitation industry
- Strong understanding of workers compensation and workplace rehabilitation
- Proven experience leading and developing other managers or senior leaders
- Robust stakeholder, client and commercial skills
- Comfortable working in a growing and changing environment
