$90,000 + super | 40 hours per week

We’re looking for an experienced Chef Manager to take the lead in the kitchen at Monte Sant’ Angelo Mercy College in North Sydney.

This is a role where your skills go beyond the plate. You’ll be responsible for delivering fresh, quality food every day while helping create a welcoming, well-run kitchen environment for students, staff and your team. As this is an educational setting, you can enjoy something that’s increasingly hard to find in hospitality — a Monday to Friday roster, daytime hours and your evenings and weekends back.

What you’ll be responsible for





You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day kitchen operation, including:

- Leading and managing kitchen operations with confidence and care
- Preparing fresh, nutritious and high-quality food
- Delivering bulk cooking for a busy education environment
- Working hands-on across all areas of the kitchen
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation
- Working independently and using your initiative to keep service running smoothly
- Supporting a positive, respectful and inclusive kitchen culture
