Customer Service Support Officer – Karratha

2XM Recruit is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Support Officer to join an established industrial services business in Karratha on a full-time permanent basis.

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch across sales administration, order processing, invoicing, logistics coordination and customer support. The position would suit someone with a strong administration background who enjoys working in a busy environment and dealing with customers, sales teams and operational staff.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting a range of administrative and customer-facing functions, including:

- Processing customer orders, costs and quotations
- Managing purchase orders and sales order documentation
- Processing invoices, service billings and proforma invoices
- Coordinating deliveries, proof of deliveries and logistics
- Supporting stock transfers and third-party stock movements
- Maintaining customer information and internal records
- Processing return orders and equipment off-hire documentation
- Responding to customer and internal enquiries
- Supporting sales and operations teams with day-to-day administration




- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring information is processed efficiently

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in administration, sales support, branch administration or a similar role.

Ideally, you will have:

- Solid administration and organisational skills
- Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, quotations or order processing
- Confident customer service and communication skills
- Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive and problem-solving approach
- Experience with Salesforce or an ERP system will be highly regarded
- Previous exposure to logistics, transport, industrial services, equipment hire or similar environments would be advantageous
