Service Administrator – 12 month contract

Our client, a well-established Perth-based construction company is seeking a Service Administrator to join their team. This role is based in Balcatta.

As Service Administrator, you will support the smooth coordination and delivery of electrical service contracts. The right person for this role will have a willingness to learn and a positive attitude!

About the Role

This is a hands-on administration role where you’ll work closely with Service Managers, Supervisors, Contract Coordinators, technicians, clients and subcontractors.
You’ll be responsible for keeping service jobs moving from setup through to completion, ensuring works are scheduled, documented and invoiced accurately and within required timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate routine, reactive and quoted electrical service works
- Schedule technicians, subcontractors and planned maintenance
- Set up jobs, prepare job packs and manage compliance documentation
- Communicate with clients, suppliers and technicians to keep jobs on track
- Manage purchase orders, estimates and invoicing




- Monitor work orders and ensure contract KPIs are met
- Maintain accurate job and site information within works management systems

About You

- Experience in an administrative or similar role is desirable
- Experience coordinating contractors, technicians or subcontractors
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach
