Masters Wellbeing is seeking a motivated and compassionate Psychosocial Recovery Coach (PRC) to join our small, specialist team.

This role is suited to someone with experience supporting people with mental health and/or psychosocial disability , who is passionate about recovery-oriented practice and helping people build confidence, independence and meaningful lives.

You do not need to come from an Allied Health background. We are open to applicants from a range of professional and community service backgrounds who have the right experience, skills and values.

About the Role

As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, you will provide individualised, person-centred support to NDIS participants experiencing psychosocial disability.

You will work alongside participants to build capacity, confidence and independence, while supporting their recovery goals and community participation.

The role involves working collaboratively with participants, families, support workers, allied health professionals and other stakeholders to develop practical strategies that reflect each participant's goals, strengths and recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide person-centred, strengths-based and recovery-oriented support.
- Build positive and professional relationships with participants and their support networks.
- Support participants to work towards their recovery goals, independence and community participation.
- Develop practical strategies around routines, wellbeing, coping skills and daily living.
- Support participants to build confidence, self-advocacy and decision-making skills.
- Collaborate with families, support workers, allied health professionals and other stakeholders.




- Monitor participant progress and respond appropriately to changing needs and risks.
- Maintain accurate and high-quality case notes, reports and participant documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision and professional development.
- Manage your own caseload and work independently while remaining connected with the wider team.

About You We are open to applicants from a range of professional backgrounds who have the right experience, skills and values for Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.

You will ideally have

- Experience working with people with mental health and/or psychosocial disability .
- NDIS experience is required.
- Experience in Psychosocial Recovery Coaching (PRC) is highly desirable.
- Relevant qualifications or qualified experience in areas such as Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling, Mental Health or Community Services are highly regarded.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good professional judgement and the ability to work with complex or changing needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
- Strong documentation and organisational skills.
- A genuine commitment to person-centred, strengths-based and recovery-oriented practice.
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 working days per week .

Position Details

Position: Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Employment: Casual

Minimum commitment: 3 working days, 15 hours per week

Location: Perth, WA

Work arrangement: Hybrid – community, home-based and remote
