About the Position

This is a permanent full-time opportunity; full-time positions have the option to enjoy the Rostered Day Off each month.

The Quality Administration Coordinator facilitates seamless operations and upholds standards of excellence within the organisation by providing dedicated administrative support to stakeholders. By ensuring the efficient execution of administrative tasks and maintaining a commitment to quality assurance, the Coordinator plays a pivotal role in promoting organisational efficiency and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where they are required to work collaboratively across the administrative and service teams and other internal stakeholders; while also being able to work independently to manage responsibilities.

This role is based at Tamworth and covers both the Tamworth and Armidale centres.

Skills & Experience We are looking for someone with:

1. Qualifications in administration or a combination of relevant training and experience appropriate to the role
2. Proven ability to lead administration teams, build capability and drive a collaborative,



high-performing culture
3. Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation
4. Excellent organisational skills including a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities in a busy office environment
