THE OPPORTUNITY

Parnell is on an exciting growth trajectory and we’re looking for a Quality Assurance - Compliance Senior Associate to join our Quality Assurance Team, in our facility in Alexandria.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance professional to join our team in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated and FDA accredited manufacturing workplace. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining compliance, supporting quality systems, and driving continuous improvement across our operations — working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, including contract manufacturing organisations (CMOs).

This role reports to the Quality Assurance - Compliance Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Manage and coordinate artwork and labelling changes, including CMO-related changes.
- Maintain compliance documentation, document control and QMS records in ZenQMS.
- Update and report the monthly QMS matrix and quality metrics.
- Support customer complaints, returned goods, deviations and CAPAs as required.
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, recalls and media fills.
- Review and update QMS documents, item cards and manufacturing specifications.
- Identify and support continuous improvement and QMS digitalisation initiatives.

ABOUT YOU You’re a proactive, solutions-focused and enthusiastic individual who takes pride in your work and thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You bring:

- BSc or equivalent degree in Science or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years' experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Compliance or a related GMP-regulated environment.
- Good understanding of GMP requirements, quality systems and documentation practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.




- Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously and contribute effectively as part of a team.
- Proactive, organised and solutions-focused, with a “can-do” attitude.
- Strong coordination and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to work effectively with electronic quality systems.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with QA, Production, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and external stakeholders.
