About us

We manage a growing portfolio of short-term holiday accommodation across the Gold Coast. We're not a big-brand hotel. We're a tight, hands-on team looking after some of the Gold Coast's most incredible holiday rentals, and we set the standard for both the guest's experience and the owner's confidence in us.

About the role

You're one of the most important people in our Ops team. Every day you check properties after they've been cleaned and before guests arrive. You find what's been missed, fix what you can on the spot, and get the rest sorted fast with our cleaning and maintenance teams.

This is hands-on fieldwork, not a clipboard job. You'll inspect, rectify, direct rework, and lead our Houseman across the portfolio. We're after someone dynamic, quick-thinking and detail-driven, with a real passion for guest experience.

If it's not right, it doesn't go out. That's your call to make. You're the last set of eyes before someone's holiday starts.

What you'll do

- Inspect properties after cleaning against our standard, and confirm they're guest-ready
- Fix minor issues on the spot: light bulbs, restocks, presentation, resetting rooms, moving and staging items
- Spot damage, faults and missed cleaning, and log it clearly with photos in Breezeway
- Direct cleaning contractors to rework where the standard isn't met, and re-inspect before sign-off
- Lead, task and support the wider operations team day to day, including priorities and daily routes
- Work closely with cleaning and maintenance teams so every job is closed out
- Lift, carry and move linen,



furniture and equipment between properties
- Flag the things that keep going wrong so we fix the cause, not just the mess
- Hold the same standard across every property, every time

About you

- At least 3 years in cleaning, housekeeping, facilities management or property services at supervisor, leading hand, team leader or quality auditor level.
- Clear and confident communicator, holding the standards high
- Happy to be hands-on.
- You notice what other people walk past, and you know a five-star clean from a good-enough one. You'll say so.
- You give cleaners and contractors clear, constructive feedback
- Confident with a phone or tablet for checklists, photos and reporting, and accurate with records and process
- You report with photos and facts, not guesswork
- You can run your own day and hit arrival times
- Full Australian driver's license (open, not provisional). We have company vehicles but you'll need your own reliable way of getting to work.
- Fit, and capable of bending and lifting up to 20kg
- Happy with a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Full working rights in Australia
- Professional manner, open mind, and the appetite to grow with us- all must-haves
- Short-term rental, holiday letting or serviced apartment experience is a bonus
