Quality Engineering Lead – Melbourne

CloudMarc is looking for an experienced Quality Engineering Lead to join a major enterprise engagement in Melbourne.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining Quality Engineering leadership, automation and contemporary engineering practices. We’re looking for someone who can lead and influence teams while remaining technically involved.

Key Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on Playwright & TypeScript
- GitLab CI/CD and automated pipeline integration
- Strong Salesforce testing experience
- Experience across IVR / Contact Centre testing
- Cyara experience
- API, integration, functional and end-to-end testing
- Automation framework design and code reviews
- Strong QE engineering standards and best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong leadership and ability to influence engineering and delivery teams




- Salesforce Agentforce / Chatbot testing experience is desirable
