The opportunity

Healthcare Logistics is seeking a Quality Officer - Document Controller to support the ongoing operation of our Quality Management System while playing a key role in the transition from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). Working closely with Operations, IT, Supply Chain and Quality teams, you will help ensure warehouse processes, quality controls and documentation are maintained to the highest standards in a regulated healthcare logistics workplace. This is an exciting prospect for a quality-focused professional with strong systems and warehouse experience to contribute to a major business transformation.

You will be involved in process validation, document control, inventory investigations, compliance activities and continuous improvement initiatives,



helping to embed new ways of working and ensure operational excellence across our distribution network.

What you will do

- Support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of SAP EWM by validating warehouse quality processes and system controls.
- Develop, maintain and control SOPs, work instructions and quality documentation within the Quality Management System.
- Review incoming goods documentation and support release-for-supply activities in line with GDP and company requirements.
- Manage quality holds, quarantined stock and disposition activities, ensuring accurate system transactions and inventory controls.
- Conduct documentation reviews including batch records, Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), temperature monitoring records and other controlled quality documents.
- Assist with audits, deviations, CAPA investigations, training activities and continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.

What we are looking for

- Previous experience in a Quality Officer, Quality Coordinator, Inventory Control or Warehouse Quality role within healthcare, pharmaceutical or regulated logistics environments.
- Hands-on experience using SAP (ECC, WM or EWM) or similar warehouse management and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of warehouse, distribution, inventory control and supply chain processes.
- Experience developing and maintaining SOPs, work instructions and controlled quality documentation.




- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate inventory and system transaction discrepancies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across Operations, IT and Quality teams.
