About the role
Step into a rewarding leadership role as the Radiographic Assessment Manager, where you’ll help shape the delivery of high-quality breast assessment imaging services. Combining clinical expertise with operational leadership, you’ll oversee the radiographic assessment service, support consistent quality outcomes and maintain a clinical caseload across mammography and ultrasound.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll provide professional leadership and specialist advice while supporting the development of radiographic staff through training and ongoing learning. You’ll collaborate with key internal and external partners, contribute to research and emerging practice, and help drive safe, efficient and innovative services that deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.
About You
You are an experienced breast imaging professional who combines advanced clinical expertise with strong leadership, sound judgement and a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality care.
To be successful in this role you will:
Hold AHPRA registration and relevant radiography qualifications
Be eligible to hold the required SA radiation licence
Bring extensive mammography and breast sonography expertise
Demonstrate senior leadership, training and mentoring experience
