Rail Yard Operators – Get Your Foot in the Door!

Our client is seeking Rail Yard Operators to join their team in Perth. We have both part-time and full-time contracts on offer. There is also a potential to move into full-time permanent opportunity as they become available.

The Role: Working as part of the yard operations team, you'll assist with the safe and efficient running of the yard. Duties include:

- Supporting general rail yard operation
- Follow all instructions associated with train movements, in, out and around the yard
- Supporting in the delivery of maintenance schedules




- Adhere to all policies and procedures
- Adhering to the timetables for tabled services, as well as adhering to the scheduled maintenance, and cleaning schedules
- General maintenance and upkeep on the train
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as required

You'll need:

- Flexibility to work predominantly night shifts
- Availability for adhoc shifts
- A strong commitment to safety
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Good reliability and attendance
- Physical fitness and willingness to work in an operational environment
- A genuine interest in developing within the rail industry
