About the role
From managing bookings, payments and invoices to supporting day-to-day operations, you bring your organisational skills and customer service flair to a role where people are at the centre of everything you do. You will also respond to guest needs, handle enquiries and help ensure a safe, comfortable and positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.
About you
You’re friendly, organised and calm under pressure, with a natural ability to connect with people from different backgrounds. This is perfect for someone who enjoys a role where no two days are quite the same and where great customer service really matters. Your key experience will include:
- Experience in hostel, hotel reception, accommodation administration or a similar environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and everyday computer systems
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with bookings, payments and administration
- A proactive approach to resolving guest concerns and getting things done
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months
