What You'll Be Doing:

- Screening and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Scheduling interviews and onboarding appointments
- Supporting workforce planning and roster coordination
- Maintaining accurate candidate records within our recruitment systems
- Building positive relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
- Assisting with compliance and onboarding documentation

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail




- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Previous administration, customer service, recruitment, or workforce coordination experience
- A passion for helping people and delivering great outcomes
