What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate the end-to-end repair and refurbishment process for Consumer Electronics products, including TVs, washing machines, refrigerators and monitors.
- Manage service orders, spare parts, stock movements, returns and inventory to keep refurbishment operations running smoothly.
- Monitor repair activity, stock ageing and daily workloads, ensuring repairs are completed and returned to retail in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, stock lists and data analysis to provide clear visibility to management and the wider team.
- Support stocktakes, inventory control and day-to-day coordination across the warehouse refurbishment operation.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in the electronics, refurbishment, repair or warehouse operations environment.
- Robust understanding of Consumer Electronics repair processes, spare parts and inventory operations.
- Confident with operational reporting,



data analysis and maintaining accurate systems and records.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication skills and a focus on getting things done.
