Full time The Complete Personnel Group was established in 1998 and is contracted to deliver a range of Australian Government Employment Service programmes including: Remote Australia Employment Service

We are seeking an experienced manager to join our Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) team in the Flinders and Far North Region, working from Quorn or Adelaide.

The successful person will have previous management experience in the services sector or a similar community‑focused role, with a passion for managing services to support people into work or training.

The role will include travel to regional and remote locations, which may involve overnight travel of up to two weeks each month.

This is a Unique prospect to make a meaningful contribution within remote communities and live in one of Australia’s more attractive locations

· Professional development and career progression opportunities The role will include the following tasks:

- Manage staff in three sites, servicing their local and over 20 outreach and remote communities;

- Manage the relationships with our funding body and Indigenous community and other partnering organisations, including by building rapport and working effectively with them;





- Manage the delivery of the RAES contract in the region including analysing and reporting on program performance and identifying opportunities for performance improvement;

- Coach and mentor front-line staff and provide regular, structured performance feedback and identify training and development needs;

- Assess the regions complex participant needs and support the development of service engagement to maximise contract performance;

- Encourage the development of tailored and effective vocational and non-vocational interventions to ensure sustainable employment is achieved for program participants;

- Identify and negotiate links to local community-based support services, resources and education and training programs.

To be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates who have:

- Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check, or ability to attain.

- Proven ability to build productive relationships with our funding bodies and partnering organisations, including our Indigenous community partners.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including Cultural capability,



and an understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and a commitment to reconciliation;

- Proven ability to use your high level analytical skills to:-

o produce effective and incisive business reports;

o identify performance improvement opportunities and;

o identify, trial and implement innovative approaches to service improvements;

- A good understanding of working with computers and a willingness to embrace artificial intelligence to improve service delivery;

- Current Drivers Licence

- Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines;

- Experience in networking with a range of groups, agencies and individuals;

- Previous experience in the community services sector or servicing specialist participant groups;

It will be advantageous to have:

- Knowledge and understanding of employment, education and training services;

- Tertiary qualifications in any relevant discipline;

- Experience with Department IT Systems.
