Focused on quality workmanship and built around years of experience within the gas fitting and electrical trade sector we are now looking at adding to our team. We are seeking plumbers/gas fitters who hold the required Type A Servicing registration or license to join our small but professional company.
Due to constant growth, we are needing someone who is confident, competent and willing to learn and progress within the business.
Qualifications & experience
- Registered/License in Type A Gasfitting
- Registered/Licensed in Type A Gas Appliances Servicing
- Experience in servicing, checking and installing gas appliances
- A valuable knowledge of the current AG5601 Australian Gas Standards
- Well presented, good communication skills and confident
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct pressure retention tests and find repair minor gas escapes
- Conduct clean, service and safety checks on gas appliances
- Conduct gas leakage, negative air pressure and carbon monoxide testing
- Ensure gas appliances are installed as per Australian Standards and manufacturers instructions
