We are an established, boutique migration practice based in Sydney, known for our strong relationships within Australia's Thai community. With 233 five-star Google reviews and consistent year-on-year growth, we've built a practice our clients genuinely trust — and now we're looking for an experienced Registered Migration Agent to join us.

We specialise in employer-sponsored visas (subclass 482, 186, 494), DAMA pathways, partner visas, and Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) submissions.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to step into a profitable, well-established practice rather than build a client base from scratch. You'll work closely with our principal RMA, taking on a genuine caseload from day one with support and mentoring as you settle in.

What You'll Do

- Manage a caseload of employer-sponsored visa matters (482, 186, 494) and DAMA nominations
- Prepare and lodge partner visa applications
- Draft and lodge Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) submissions
- Advise clients directly — many of whom communicate in Thai — through consultations, applications, and outcomes
- Work closely with our Thailand-based case coordinator and support team

About You

Essential:





- Current MARN registration in good standing
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
- Current qualified indemnity insurance, or able to obtain it
- Strong understanding of Australian migration law and process

Highly regarded:

- Experience with employer-sponsored visas (482/186/494) and/or DAMA
- Experience preparing ART submissions
- Experience with partner visa matters
- Comfortable working with cloud-based practice management and document systems

What We Offer

- $85,000–$120,000 + 12% superannuation, depending on experience
- Full-time role; genuine part-time (4+ days/week) will be considered for the right candidate
- Flexibility for Sydney-based or remote candidates (we already operate with a remote Thailand-based team member)
