What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
About You
You are a Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based, and patient-centred care. You possess well-developed nursing skills, clinical knowledge, and experience relevant to outpatient and acute hospital settings, enabling you to provide high-quality care across a diverse range of patient presentations. Your proven clinical problem-solving abilities allow you to assess complex situations, make informed decisions, and implement effective interventions that maximise patient outcomes.
You communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals through strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and information technology skills, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless care coordination. You excel in planning, organising, and delivering outcome-focused patient care within multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining a patient-centred approach to achieve the best possible health outcomes. Adaptable and reliable, you are committed to supporting continuous service delivery and are able to participate in a seven-day rotating roster, including public holidays and night duty, while maintaining professionalism, resilience, and a high standard of clinical practice.
