Are you a passionate and dedicated Operating Theatre Nurse (RN) with specialist training in Ophthalmology Instrument nursing, looking to make a difference in a friendly, collaborative environment? We are seeking a motivated RN to join our busy Ophthalmology Perioperative team. As an Instrument nurse, you will be an essential part of the perioperative team, assisting the surgeon at the operating table and managing the broader theatre environment, safety and patient care.

About You You will be a qualified nurse with exceptional operating theatre skills, with specialist training specifically in ophthalmology, excellent customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

- Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurses)
- Recent theatre experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to teamwork, patient centred care, and skilled growth.
