- Design and deliver complex frontend solutions using TypeScript, React, and Angular
n
- Evolve design systems, component libraries, and shared frontend capabilities
n
- Help teams adopt consistent architectural patterns and engineering standards
n
- Work across micro-frontends, shared dependencies, and application integration
n
- Build accessibility, performance, security, and testing into delivery practices
n
- Own technical decisions and reliable operation of developed systems
n
- Mentor engineers through pairing, code reviews, and technical guidance
n
- Connect engineering decisions to customer and business outcomes
n
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams and guide architectural decisions
n

Requirements

n

n
- Solid experience building and maintaining large-scale web applications with TypeScript and frameworks such as React and Angular
n
- Comfortable working across frontend architecture, state management, scalable UI patterns, automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud-based platforms
n
- Experience with design systems, Web Components, or micro-frontend architectures would be particularly valuable
n
- Ability to communicate with clarity, navigate ambiguity, and shape technical direction
n
- Expertise simplifying complex customer journeys, improving quality,



and reducing duplication
n
- Must be able to work from the office 2–3 days per week
n
- Legally entitled to work in Australia
n
