Job Description

Sonova's Connect Hearing in Morayfield, QLD, is seeking a dedicated Client Care Representative to join our clinical administration team on a permanent part time basis (3 days / 22.8 hours per week, Mon-Wed, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm).

You will welcome clients, schedule appointments, support clinicians, manage daily clinic operations, handle the phone line and inbox, and process payments. Training and ongoing support are provided.
