Job Description

Novotel Melbourne on Collins, part of AccorHotels, is seeking a Concierge to join the Front Office team. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage and parking, and guide guests to rooms while explaining hotel facilities and services.

The ideal candidate will hold a full Australian driver licence, dress well, and communicate effectively by phone and in person. A adaptable 7-day roster and a customer-first attitude are essential to succeed in this role.
