Job Description

Mackay Regional Council is seeking a passionate Public Art Officer to develop and deliver public art initiatives across the Mackay region, within the Major Venues Program. The role focuses on creativity, project management, stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking to achieve meaningful community outcomes.

Based on site at Artspace Mackay, you will coordinate development, implementation, maintenance and promotion of public art, provide policy guidance and liaise with artists and communities.
