Job Description

Summerset is seeking a part-time P&C; Business Partner to support our Australian Operations from Melbourne. The role focuses on industrial relations, employee relations, awards interpretation and workforce effectiveness across Melbourne villages.

You'll partner with village leaders, providing practical people solutions that balance business needs with employee experience. Travel across Greater Melbourne will be required, with a adaptable 3–4 day, ~30 hour per week arrangement.
