The Roles depending on the position, you’ll support or lead the day-to-day running of remote accommodation villages, ensuring our teams, residents and clients receive a high standard of service.

Your Responsibilities May Include

- Leading and supporting village teams across catering, housekeeping, administration and facilities
- Managing day-to-day village operations
- Building strong relationships with clients and residents
- Managing rosters, staffing and operational requirements
- Maintaining high standards across accommodation, food service and village presentation
- Supporting safety, compliance and company procedures
- Monitoring stock, costs, budgets and site KPIs
- Completing operational reporting and assisting with audits
- Stepping into different sites as required for relief coverage

What We’re Looking For:



organised and confident leading teams in remote environments with a passion for hospitality! Ideally, You’ll Have

- Previous remote village, hospitality or facilities management experience
- Experience leading or supervising teams
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Good understanding of safety and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Experience with accommodation or village management systems

Previous experience as a Village Manager, Assistant Village Manager, Relief Manager, Department Manager or senior remote hospitality leader will be highly regarded. Requirements Depending on the role and site, you will need to hold or be willing to obtain:

- National Police Check
- Pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Approved Manager’s Licence
- White Card
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
