About the role

Health Connection is seeking a qualified and experienced Remedial Massage Therapist/Myotherapist to join our team in our South Yarra, Victoria practice as a subcontractor. This is a full-time role but we are open to part time, with opportunities for versatile working arrangements. As a Remedial Massage Therapist/Myotherapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality natural and alternative healthcare services to our growing client base.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans

2. Performing remedial massage, myotherapy, and other alternative therapies to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and promote overall wellbeing

3. Educating clients on self-care techniques and providing advice on lifestyle modifications to support their recovery

4. Maintaining detailed client records and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

5. Contributing to the ongoing development of our natural and alternative medicine service offerings

6. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or degree in Remedial Massage Therapy or Myotherapy

2. Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology

3. Expertise in a range of remedial massage and myotherapy techniques,



such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and sports massage, pregnancy, lymphatic massage.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and support clients
5. A passion for natural and alternative healthcare, and a commitment to delivering the highest standard of patient care
