Managing the restaurant’s entire operation e.g.
managing the preparation, presentation, and sales of Thai food for dining and takeaway,
HR operation,
managing customer expectation and complaints,
managing restaurant’s equipment maintenance and hygiene,
handling any problem that is related to the wellness of operation of the restaurant,
conducting performance evaluation of both staff and the store,
Organising meeting with the team members to set up current goals to achieve,
exploring opportunities to provide better customer service,
identifying new sales and marketing opportunities,
establishing relationships with customers and key suppliers,
conducting training sessions for new and existing staff members.
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
