What you’ll bring:
We’re looking for a well-rounded hospitality professional who can run the restaurant today while planning for what it needs tomorrow.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Venue Manager in a high-volume operation
- Robust commercial acumen across budgets, labour, forecasting and cost control
- Demonstrated experience leading, developing and holding management teams accountable
- Strong operational knowledge with the ability to see the venue from a whole-of-business perspective
- Excellent food, wine, service and guest-experience knowledge
- Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills
Experience within Italian, European or premium casual dining would be highly regarded.
If you’re an experienced Restaurant Manager who enjoys leading from the floor but also understands the numbers, people and planning behind a successful venue, we would love to hear from you.
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
Please note that due to the volume of applications we may receive, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
