We are seeking an experienced Bar &Restaurant; Supervisor to join our team on full time basis.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate experiences and skills in the following duties:
1. booking, planning and organizing special functions, special events and banquets for customers;
2. supervising operation of the restaurant to maximize profitability and minimise operational costs and legal liabilities;
3. monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies according to budget；
4. ensuring dining areas comply with hygiene and health regulations, as well as maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene and safety;
5. greeting customers, arranging table reservations and assisting in taking orders;
6. communicating with customers to access their satisfaction with meals and services. Handling customer enquiries and complaints;
7.
supervising and coordinating staff members and providing them with feedback, ensuring them adhere to the restaurant’s uniform standards, and arranging shifts for them;
8. Training and motivating staff and etc.;
