Fulltime Retail Assistant – Poolwerx Baldivis, Mandurah, Secret Harbour & Waikiki

Poolwerx Mandurah is growing rapid with our four retail stores! As we expand across the Peel & Rockingham/Baldivis area, we're looking for enthusiastic retail assistants to join our team. If you enjoy customer service, hands-on problem solving and are interested in learning about pools and spas, this is the role for you!

Your day-to-day will include:

Completing in-store pool and spa water testing.





Assisting customers with pool care advice and product selection (chemicals, equipment, pool robots etc.).

Providing great customer service at the counter and over the phone.

Stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, well-presented retail space.

Opening and closing of store including counting tills.

What you'll need:

A friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Reliability and willingness to learn.

Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus – but full training will be provided.

An interest in pools, spas or outdoor living will be highly regarded.

Must be able to work weekends.
