About The Role

As a Retail Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.

Positions available: Full-time

Potential earnings: Award Level 2

Shifts: Weekday and weekend | Day and night shifts

Roster

Roster 1: Wednesday 1200 - 2200, Thursday 1030 - 2130, Friday 1200 - 2200

Roster 2: Thursday 1030 - 2130, Friday 1200 - 2200, Saturday 1000 - 2200 and Sunday 1000 - 2200

Key Responsibilities





- Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets
- Provide a professional and approachable security presence
- Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance
- Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures
- Adhere to all site and company security protocols
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A valid Security Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded)
- Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts
- Good physical fitness, as patrols are required
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- A reliable and punctual work history
- Full Australian working rights
