Weber Store @ Alfresco Outdoors & Heating is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Store Manager to join our growing team at Kotara.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a store, lead from the front and help grow an already successful business.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the store, leading the team and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and develop the retail sales team.
- Deliver exceptional 5-Star customer service.
- Drive sales and work towards achieving and exceeding store targets.
- Lead by example and actively participate in sales.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and develop a loyal customer base.
- Maintain exceptional store presentation, merchandising and ticketing standards.
- Ensure high standards of administration and store operations.
- Manage day-to-day retail operations and support team performance.
- Help protect and represent the Weber brand, internationally recognised for quality, service and value.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience and store performance.

About You

We are looking for someone who is more than just a manager — we want a leader who loves sales and loves dealing with people. Our ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 5 years' sales and/or customer service experience.




- Previous retail management or leadership experience.
- A proven ability to achieve sales results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- A highly motivated, positive and results-driven attitude.
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- The ability to inspire, coach and motivate team members.
- A natural ability to connect with customers and build relationships.
- A strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
- The confidence to lead from the front and get involved in the sales process.
- A genuine passion for BBQs, outdoor entertaining and the Alfresco lifestyle.

The Roster

This is a full-time position working across a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends.
