We are seeking a Retirement Living Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Bedford Heights—a well-established, vibrant community of 147 spacious retirement villas set in Melbourne’s leafy east. Key Responsibilities

- Resident Experience & Sales: Welcome prospective residents, conduct village tours, and manage the end-to-end sales, onboarding, and move-in process.

- Operational & Asset Management: Oversee villa refurbishments and routine maintenance alongside the on-site team.





- Community Engagement: Collaborate with the Resident Committee to support health, independence, and social wellbeing programs.

- Compliance & Finance: Manage village budgets, financial reporting, and operational compliance under the Retirement Villages Act.

About you

- Demonstrated background in operations, customer service, or facility management (retirement living experience highly regarded).

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine affinity for building warm, positive relationships with older adults and their families.

- Strong administrative ability and proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace).

- A values-aligned approach demonstrating empathy, initiative, and professional integrity.
