- Part Time - 4 days per week
- Opening Hours: 8.30am - 3.30pm

The Organisation Meerilinga is a highly respected not-for-profit organisation and registered charity that has supported children, families, educators, and communities across Western Australia for more than 100 years.

Operating as both an Early Childhood Education and Care provider and Registered Training Organisation, Meerilinga delivers a broad range of programs and services that promote positive childhoods, strengthen communities, and support lifelong learning.

About the role A unique chance to lead a small team of Diploma trained Educators in a Pre-kindy environment. Our beautiful service is integrated within the Children and Community Centre. Our 30-place service offers children aged 2 years to 5 years play based learning, 5 days per week.

About You

- Hold a CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent (ACECQA approved) or ECT Qualification
- 2 years’ experience leading an early learning program.
- Current HLTAID012 First Aid
- Excellent knowledge of National Quality Framework and able to implement a curriculum at exceeding level
- Demonstrated experience building partnerships with children and families
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to design and deliver exceptional educational programs
- Ability to collaborate,



encourage, and inspire Educators
- Sound judgement and decision making
- Competent in role modelling innovation and creativity in our Early Learning programs
