About the role
You will deliver and assess nationally recognised safety, rescue and compliance training to workers operating in high-risk environments. The role will also support Ironbark Training's continued development of high-quality, industry-focused safety and rescue programs for major infrastructure and energy projects. Training delivery may occur at Ironbark Training's Wagga Wagga facilities, client worksites, transmission and renewable energy projects, civil and major infrastructure projects, and regional and remote locations throughout NSW and Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and assess nationally recognised safety, rescue and compliance training
- Support development of high-quality, industry-focused safety and rescue programs
- Provide training delivery across multiple locations including worksites, transmission and renewable energy projects, and civil and major infrastructure projects
About you
- Extensive practical safety, rescue or emergency response experience
- Strong understanding of high-risk workplace environments
- Relevant nationally recognised qualifications and licences
- TAE40116 / TAE40122 or equivalent
- Current trainer and assessor competencies
- Strong understanding of RTO compliance and competency-based assessment
- Excellent communication and practical demonstration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional training team
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance and quality training outcomes
- Ability to travel for project-based delivery when required
