Snooze Warrawong is seeking an experienced Sales Assistant /Warehouse team member. This full time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is eager to contribute both on the sales floor and in the warehouse.​

The role requires flexibility to cover shifts across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored sleep solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high store standards.
- Assisting in receiving, unpacking, and storing merchandise accurately.
- Ensuring the warehouse is organised, clean, and adheres to safety standards,




- Coordinating with the delivery team to manage stock levels and fulfil customer orders promptly.

About you

- Minimum 2 years experience in sales and/or warehouse operations
- Drivers license is a must
- The physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
- Confident and professional communication skills
- The ability to use a computer
- The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
