The Position

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Residential Sales Consultant to join the team. The role includes:

- Prepare sales appraisal and listing
- Conducting Open for Inspections
- Following up with potential buyers
- Proactively sell, negotiate and close a residential property sale
- Organise inspections & photo shoots
- Interaction with vendors & buyers The successful candidate is:

- A Residential Sales Consultant with minimum 1 year experience
- A positive skilled, who enjoys working in a team

- Well presented and corporately groomed

- Desire and determination for success
- An outstanding communicator with excellent time management skills

- Able to provide a high level of customer service to both vendors and purchasers
- An Agents Representative who holds a current certificate and drivers license.

- Experienced in RP Office but not essential

- Able to work on Saturday

- Ability to speak Mandarin would be an advantage

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30 pm Saturday 10am - 2PM
