Sales Development Representative - International SME Fintech
- Role: Sales Development Representative
- Location:Toorak, Melbourne
- Work arrangement: Onsite
- Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 base + monthly bonus (OTE ~$90,000–$100,000)
You’ll join a fast-growing fintech focused on flexible funding for SMEs, with operations that have expanded from Australia into APAC and Europe. The business has funded more than $5B in loans and has been recognised as Australia’s #1 Best Workplace™ in Finance and Insurance for 2026.
What You'll Do
- Reconnect with existing leads through high-volume outbound calls to keep opportunities active
- Follow up consistently on assigned leads so deals keep moving rather than going cold
- Work through structured daily task lists and repeatable CRM workflows with speed and accuracy
- Keep CRM records clean, current, and aligned to real sales activity as it happens
- Log every interaction and track deal progress properly so the pipeline stays visible and usable
- Support the sales leader by getting the follow-ups and admin done that keep the sales engine moving
Who We're Looking For This role will suit you if you're comfortable in structured, repetitive, phone-based work and take real pride in follow-through.
Must-Haves
- Experience handling high-volume outbound follow-up that helps keep a sales or service pipeline moving
- Confidence on the phone, especially in repeat conversations and re-engagement calls
- Strong CRM discipline, including accurate note-taking, activity logging, and follow-up tracking
- The ability to stay consistent and reliable in a quick-paced environment with daily activity volume
- A track record of following tasks through to completion without needing constant reminders
Nice-To-Haves
- Experience in call centre, customer service, sales support, or similar pipeline support work
- Familiarity with CRM systems in a structured, process-driven environment
- A background in hospitality, retail, or other high-volume customer-facing roles where consistency mattered
- Experience working independently within a defined process and owning your follow-ups end to end
- Exposure to lending or finance, although this is not essential
