About the role The Sales Manager – HCP Recruitment plays a pivotal leadership role in driving the strategic recruitment and retention of healthcare professionals across Cornerstone Health's growing network. This role requires a highly organised and execution-focused leader with strong sales & BD capabilities, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities

- Collaborate with the CBDO to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for recent and existing medical centres
- Lead and manage the Lead Generation, Business Development (BD), and Sales teams
- Team Pipeline & Funnel Management & Task Management
- Drive Team performance against monthly and annual recruitment budgets
- Foster collaboration between Sydney and Perth teams to enhance recruitment outcomes
- Develop training tools and plans; manage team performance against KPIs
- Improve CRM performance and workflow optimisation in partnership with the Salesforce BDM Administrator
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the CBDO
