This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and managing the full recruitment process from initial client contact through to placement.

This is a 360-degree recruitment role suited to a positive and hardworking individual who is looking for career development in a supportive team environment. You will enjoy all facets of recruitment, from business development and candidate sourcing through to interviewing, negotiating and the offer stage.

What you’ll be doing:

- Building and managing strong client and candidate relationships
- Prospecting for new business and developing new client relationships
- Identifying, interviewing and screening candidates
- Managing the recruitment process through to the offer stage
- Organising, negotiating and managing multiple priorities
- Writing quality job advertisements
- Utilising recruitment databases and your existing network effectively

What you’ll need:

- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development or a similar client-focused role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills




- Ability to confidently develop new business and build long-term client relationships
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to negotiate and manage multiple tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality processes
- Strong written communication skills, particularly when writing job advertisements
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
- A positive, hardworking and motivated approach
