Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Lead Complex Disputes: Strategize and independently run high-value Family Provision claims, will challenges, estate litigation
- Mentorship: You enjoy guiding and developing junior legal talent.
Role 2: Assoc to Senior Associate
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- File Management: Efficiently manage contested estate files, applications for Probate and Letters of Administration, and draft specialized testamentary trusts.
- Court Preparation: Collate evidence, prepare thorough briefs, and work closely with senior lawyers and counsel.
- The Profile: You have a minimum of 3 years pae in the area of will & estate law.
