They are a dynamic and growing firm known for their high-success rate, collaborative culture, and unwavering commitment to clients. Due to continuous growth, they are seeking an experienced and ambitious personal injury lawyer with at least 3 years pae to join their thriving Personal Injury team.

The Role
As an experienced personal injury lawyer you will manage a diverse, portfolio of mixed personal injury claims (common law, public liability, WC, CTP etc) while
playing a pivotal role in the leadership and growth of the team. This position is ideal for the who thrives in a busy environment and who wants to mentor junior lawyers.

The role will see you managing client relationships, managing medical experts and counsel.

About You
Our client is looking for an experienced personal injury lawyer with

- 3+ years pae specializing in personal injury claims.




- Proven track record of achieving excellent settlement outcomes.
- Strong leadership capability with a genuine interest in mentoring developing legal talent.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
