SMAART Recruitment is partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit multiple permanent Customer Service Representatives for its Perth contact centre.

This is an opportunity to join a large, supportive customer service team where you’ll receive structured training, ongoing coaching and the chance to build a long-term corporate career.

The opportunity

You’ll support business customers across phone, live chat and email, helping with everything from order tracking and delivery updates to product questions, incorrect orders and account enquiries.

The role is primarily inbound, with some follow-up calls to keep customers updated. You’ll take ownership of each enquiry, investigate what has happened and work with teams across sales, operations and logistics to find the right solution.

What we’re looking for

- Customer service experience from a contact centre, retail, hospitality, sales or another customer-facing setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A calm, practical approach to problem-solving
- Confidence learning new systems and managing multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable, team-focused attitude
- Salesforce,



SAP or Genesys experience is helpful but not essential

You don’t need previous contact centre experience. If you’re confident speaking with customers, comfortable using technology and genuinely enjoy helping people, full training will be provided.

- $67,000 + superannuation
