If you're a Senior Structural Revit Drafter who enjoys being trusted to run your own projects, working alongside experienced engineers and drafters, and being part of a genuinely friendly team, this could be a very good fit.

We're working with a well-established structural engineering practice in Sydney CBD that has a strong and secure pipeline of work. They're looking for a senior-level drafter who can hit the ground running, take ownership of projects and bring solid Revit skills to the team. And importantly, this is a place where people actually enjoy working together.

What you'll be working on

The project portfolio is wonderfully varied, so you won't be doing the same thing day after day. Projects include:

- Commercial buildings
- Healthcare facilities
- Aged care
- Industrial developments
- Schools
- Universities
- Museums
- Sporting facilities
- And a range of other exciting building projects

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with structural engineers and other drafters, while taking responsibility for your own projects from concept through to documentation.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:

- Has strong structural Revit skills
- Has solid experience as a structural drafter




- Can confidently run and manage their own projects
- Understands structural documentation and detailing
- Has experience working across a variety of building types
- Can communicate well with engineers, clients and the wider project team
- Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality documentation
- Enjoys being part of a collaborative team

You don't need to be someone who wants to sit quietly in the corner and just produce drawings. This is a role for someone who enjoys being involved, taking ownership and working with good people.
