Role: Sales Representative - OTE (On Target Earnings $140k+)

Location: Homebush (Relocating to Parramatta in late-2026)

Type: Permanent | Full-Time (Monday to Friday with 8:30 am starts)

As the face of Duo Group, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting outbound sales calls to introduce and sell our products
- Building and maintaining positive relationships through phone conversations and networking events




- Ability to work in a sales-driven team workplace
- Work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals

The successful candidate will have the following:
- Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre or outbound calling experience is advantageous, but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with a diverse range of clients
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Thrive in fast-paced environments
- Available to work onsite full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
